Product outline, not a promise

PicBunch lets a host create an event and invite guests to take and share photos through an event link or QR code. Hosts choose collection and reveal settings. Final terms must define availability, supported use, and what happens when the service is interrupted.

Responsibilities to define

• The host's authority to create an event, invite participants, and publish or remove event content.
• Guest and host rules for lawful, respectful content and prohibited use.
• How reports, moderation, intellectual-property claims, account access, and security issues are handled.

Commercial and legal decisions still open

• Final prices, payment timing, taxes, cancellations, refunds, and failed-event handling.
• The legal operator, eligibility and age rules, suspension and termination, warranties, liability, indemnities, and dispute process.
• Governing law, local consumer rights, notice methods, and the effective date.
