How the price is decided

The only thing that changes between prices is how many guests may join. Every capacity carries the same features, so you are never paying to unlock a setting.

Prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars in Hong Kong, New Taiwan dollars in Taiwan, and US dollars everywhere else. Checkout charges the same currency you were shown.

Upgrades, retention, and refunds

• Need more guests after the event starts? Raise the guest limit from the event studio; photos already taken are unaffected.
• Each payment covers one event. After it ends you can still view, download, and share the photos.
• If no photos have been taken yet, you can request a refund. Once a photo is taken the event is used, like opening a real disposable camera, so refunds are not available after that point.

Larger events

Above 200 guests, the intake route is not open yet. A published contact for large and company events is one of the launch gates.
