Pilot events

Help test PicBunch at a real event.

A small pilot can reveal what a staged demo cannot: how invitations, venue signal, guest questions, moderation, and album delivery work together. The intake route is not open in this build.

Who a future pilot may suit

  • A host or organiser willing to rehearse setup before the event.
  • A real gathering where PicBunch is not treated as the only record of an irreplaceable moment.
  • Someone able to report issues and review the result after the event.

What participation may involve

  • Confirm the event setup, guest instructions, access settings, and a fallback plan.
  • Allow agreed operational measurements such as join, upload, recovery, moderation, and export outcomes.
  • Join a post-event review. Public quotes, names, photos, and case studies require separate, specific permission.

What must be ready first

The team must publish an intake owner, selection criteria, consent text, support route, incident plan, data handling, and any commercial terms before inviting participants.
